In culmination of my Organizational Leadership journey, I applied curricular principles to develop highly functional teams of leaders within my dental practices. Using the tools obtained through coursework, I created a training program for teams that focused on giving feedback within work relationships in order to build stronger interpersonal rapport and trust.
